Policies – Terms & Conditions

1) TERMS OF SALE:
C.O. D., E.F.T. or A.C.H. and NET 30 DAYS unless otherwise stipulated and on approved credit. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. There will be an additional charge of 4% of your total order for credit card payments.

2) PRICES & QUOTES:
Prices quoted reflect current market prices. These prices are subject to market fluctuations without prior notice.

3) BACK ORDERS:
Products ordered and not shipped are not held as backorders. Any products ordered and not shipped must be re-ordered if desired.

4) DELIVERIES & CLAIMS:
Product Quality is Guaranteed at time of shipment only. Upon receipt of product order, immediately report, file claim with the Carrier for any damages or shortages, and note all, including product count on the freight receipt and bill of lading. Do not return any damaged or defective products. NO EXCEPTIONS.

5) RETURN POLICY:
No returns on special orders. All returns must be authorized and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee.

6) QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
Special quantity discounts are available. Contact the sales manager.

7) DELIVERY TIME:
Your merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours on stock products for orders received before 12:00 noon. For out of state orders allow a minimum lead time of five business days.

8) PLACING ORDERS:
You can either call Customer Service at (305)681-6110 during business hours or you can fax your order to (305)681-6110, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

9) BUSINESS HOURS:
Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm EST. We will set appointments for Customers wanting to schedule order pickup. Pickup orders are based on size of order & type of product. No appointments are scheduled after 3pm M-F or at any time Saturday and Sunday.

10) NSF CHECKS:
A $50.00 fee is assessed for each time a check is returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
